Shipping Times
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 2–4 working days
- Europe: 5–8 working days
- Rest of world: 7–14 working days
These are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays or carrier delays. You will receive a tracking reference by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most destinations worldwide. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Product Durability
How durable are your products?
Every product is built to withstand demanding daily use. Our components are made from high-grade, corrosion-resistant materials and are tested against impact, temperature variation and repeated handling before they reach you. With normal use and routine care, our products are designed to last for many years.
Are the products waterproof?
All products are water-resistant and will withstand rain, splashes and humidity under normal use. We do not recommend prolonged submersion or use in salt water unless the product listing states otherwise.
What does the warranty cover?
Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue.
How the Time-Marker System Works
What is the time-marker system and how does it work?
Our time-marker system is a precision mechanism that lets you set, track and reference intervals of time directly on the product. A rotating outer bezel is engraved with clear graduations; you align the 0 (zero) index with the reference marker, and the bezel then shows elapsed time against the graduations as the interval progresses.
How do I set the marker correctly?
- Rotate the outer bezel so that the zero index aligns with the fixed reference marker on the case.
- At the moment you wish to begin timing, note or align the graduated position you want to track.
- Read the elapsed interval against the graduations as the bezel advances.
Is the time-marker system reliable?
Yes. The bezel is calibrated in a controlled process and each unit is individually checked before dispatch, with a tolerance of ±1 second per interval. The ratcheting mechanism gives a precise, secure click position so the marker cannot drift accidentally during use.
Does the marker require batteries or maintenance?
No. The time-marker system is fully mechanical and requires no batteries. We recommend rinsing the bezel with fresh water after exposure to sand or salt, and avoiding operation with wet, sandy fingers to keep the mechanism free-moving.
